DID YOU KNOW
We have contacts all over the world, but our strongest connections are in Latin America and the Caribbean. That's why we chose the word Orinoco as in the Orinoco River in northern South America. It is the world's third largest river in terms of water volume, after the Amazon river and the Congo River. To the Guarauno Indians of the region, Orinoco means "a place to paddle" (ie a navigable place). Angel Falls is part of the Orinoco River Basin. It the world's highest waterfall at a height of 3,212 ft and is named after an American aviator that was trained and flew with the Canadian Royal Flying Corps during Word War 1.
